With backgrounds in corporate Talent and HR roles, the two founders Danny and Kraig started working within their own organisations to promote a more proactive approach to the delivery and retention of Talent. Their paths crossed, and a meeting of minds and sharing of ideas led to the formation of Foresight.

That was 2012, and since then they’ve worked with many organisations, across multiple sectors and geographies to help understand and solve key workforce issues. From reactive Talent Acquisition to succession black holes, to skills gaps and even direct revenue improvements.
During this time, alongside the consulting business, their team has built a proprietary Workforce Planning technology… called Foresight. This revolutionises how a business can obtain vital people information to build workforce plans, and then operationalises this data to drive actual, measurable improvements to the operation of a business.
